Fathers Day Weekend 2013
It was a great 2013 Fathers day weekend! With is being my first official Fathers day (Last year we kind of counted as Brit was about one week away from delivering Avery).
It started off with us hanging out with the Hebers (couple in our ward) friday night at their place with some dinner and games.
Saturday morning we went to to Kneaders at Jordan landing for their Free Fathers day breakfast, All you can eat French Toast. It was really good and I can't wait for next year already.
Just after that we drove up to Wanship (just outside of Park City) to a friends private Motocross Track. It's a really nice scenic, fun place that is fun to just go to and hang out. It's up in the Mtns and right by a river so I wanted to just go up there and hang out as a family. We let Avery play in the dirt and soak up the rays. I rode for a little bit and it was fun just being together up there. After, we stopped at the Tanger Outlets. We looked around and we ended up getting a Shirt for Avery and her B-day present.
She was a little tired lady and she slept on out way home.
A little rest and we decided to head over to our friends Travis and Claudia house. They have a community pool that we went swimming at. Averys doesn't absolutely love swimming quiet yet but I hope she decides to so we can do more of that. Here are some fun videos.
She found this rock in the dirt that was just her size. I don't think she let go of it for a good 30 mins. Death Grip.
See what I found daddy!
No don't eat it.
Uh uh. Sad face.
On Sunday Brit made me Breakfast. Loves Boo Boo. We went to church and heard some good talks and was handed a brownie for fathers day. Thanks 1st ward!
We spent the evening up in Sandy for a BBQ Richard had.
All in all it was a wonderful Fathers day weekend and can't wait for many more to come. I love this little girl so much and am so blessed that we have her in our life.
Funny video of us at the pool and then of Claire feeding Avery. They were both loving it and it was the only way to get Claire to eat her own food. "You take a bite then you can feed Avery"
I guess we will have to head over for every one of Clair's feedings from now on. :)
